What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we receive your name, email address and the details you choose to give: company, phone number, service, location, project value and message.
We do not store enquiries in a database on this website. Your enquiry is delivered to our inbox by email and handled from there.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry and, where you ask us to, to prepare a quotation. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to requests for our services.
Who we share it with
Our email delivery provider (Resend) processes your enquiry in order to deliver it to us. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Project records are kept for as long as required by law and our insurers.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
